Abstract acceptance is conditional upon at least one author registering for the meeting by Saturday 31 May 2025 to present. Abstracts without a registered presenting author after this date will not be included in the final programme.

You can submit for oral or poster presentation. In both cases you must prepare your abstract using the mandatory abstract template available for both Microsoft Word and LaTeX format: Download Abstract Template.

The abstract length is limited to 2 pages. Create a PDF file, name it as surname-ICTW2025.pdf and upload the PDF file of your abstract via the Abstract Submission Portal

Please note that papers which are submitted for oral presentation, but which are not selected for oral presentation, will automatically be considered for poster presentation. Posters should be in the following format: A1 landscape (h 594mm x w 841mm); A0 portrait (w 841mm x h 1189mm).
