Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations received by 16 June (via email): Full refund of all fees paid, including conference registration, accommodation at Grey College, and the Conference Dinner.
Cancellations received between 17 June and 30 June (via email): 50% refund of the fees paid.
Cancellations received after 30 June (via email): No refund.
In all cases: The participant will be removed from the final programme.
