Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm

Description
: In my PhD thesis, I propose a methodology to
efficiently implement reversible jump Markov chain Monte Carlo
algorithms, applicable for example to model selection inference in
the Bayesian framework. I have developed an algorithm which is
called `Annealed importance sampling reversible jump MCMC'. I have
demonstrated the performance and properties of the algorithm
against challenging Bayesian model uncertainty problems such as
Gaussian mixture models, and Poisson change point models.
