MEGA 2026 registration (closes 22 June 2026)

Registration Information

• Important: Plenary speaker and successful applicants for the LMS funding will be automatically registered by the organizers. Please refrain or wait with the registration, respectively.

• The regular registration fee is 195 GBP, and the reduced registration fee for students is 135 GBP. It covers lunches, coffee breaks, and an evening reception on Monday, 6 July 2026.

• Accommodation from 5-11 July 2026 (Sunday to Saturday; 6 nights) can be booked during registration for 82.5 GBP per night (single room ensuite with breakfast). If you need different dates or rooms, please get in touch with the organizers.
