Welcome! Join us at Durham University, UK, on Wednesday 26th November 2025 to discuss the big challenges and implications of utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare. |
This workshop is free to attend, and is kindly funded by the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS) as part of a Knowledge Exchange Catalyst grant: "Safe use of AI for emulation in healthcare with application to diagnosis of osteoporosis using standard X-rays". This grant is an industrially motivated collaboration between Durham University and IBEX Innovations.
Following on from the themes of the project,
we will discuss the challenges overcome and successes
achieved in the area of opportunistic osteoporotic X-ray imaging,
with talks from both Durham University and IBEX Innovations.
Following a networking lunch,
the afternoon will them comprise discussion panels on the challenges
facing IBEX Innovations, these having potential for future collaboration,
and the implications of AI in healthcare more generally.
