Recommended textbook: the material is covered in  Boas, `Mathematical Methods in the Physical Sciences', Wiley (1983) ISBN 0-471-04409-1, but you may find Salas, Hille and Etgen, `One and several variables calculus', Wiley (2003) ISBN 0-471-23120-7  quite helpful too, with plenty of exercises to practise the concepts. Other books are listed in the 2H Course booklet.
