Syntax
BD>control : [-]Argument1 [,[-]Argument2] [, ...]
where Argument1, Argument2, ... are arguments of the form
discussed below.
The CONTROL: command is used to set various switches, with a
general syntax as given above. The preceding of an
argument by a minus sign
means that the switch referred to is to be switched off.
Whereas the OPTION: command sets switches to handle various
output alternatives, the former affects program flow more fundamentally.
Many controls are boolean
switches, but some others take numeric arguments.
