The COBUILD: command is the multivariate extension of the
BUILD: command; it is used to build several realisations of
quantities which have their relationships declared functionally via
FVAR: commands and FE: commands, and so forth. The
quantities in the definition part are either assignments or components.
Components are treated as though they are assignments of the same name.
The command should not be issued without a preceding INDEX:
command as this sets the range of values for the index lists for which
elements will be constructed.
