BSc in Natural Sciences (Computer Science and Physics)In Year 1, the student followed the MPhys Physics programme and transferred into Natural Sciences at the end of Year 1 (they had taken a single Computer Science m odule in Year 1 and if they had wished could have continued their study of Mathematics.) They then followed the Joint-Honours Computer Science and Physics degree as closely as was possible - they were not eligible for the Joint-Honours degree as they failed to satisfy the degree rules.Year 1 Core Mathematics A (MATH1012) Introduction to Programming (COMP1011) Discovery Skills in Physics (PHYS1101) Foundations of Physics 1 (PHYS1122) Year 2 Software Applications (COMP2071) Programming and Reasoning (COMP2171) Foundations of Physics 2A (PHYS2581) Foundations of Physics 2B (PHYS2591) Mathematical Methods in Physics (PHYS2611) Theoretical Physics 2 (PHYS2631) Year 3 Computer Science Project (COMP3012) Advanced Artificial Intelligence (COMP3311) Web Engineering (COMP2091) Laboratory Skills and Electronics (PHYS2641) Foundations of Physics 3A (PHYS3621) General disclaimer:
