2nd Informal U.K. meeting on 2d integrable models, conformal field theory
and related topics.
April 23rd, Department of
Mathematical Sciences, University of Durham
This is the second in a series of meetings to bring together the UK community
working on 2d integrable and conformal field theories, and related areas
(string theory, condensed matter...) . We expect to have about 8
short talks beginning at 11.00am and to finish some time before 6.00pm.
A more detailed schedule can be seen here
. If you are interested in attending/talking, please let us know
by e-mail as soon
as possible, and in any event no later than Easter, so that we can estimate
numbers for the room/lunch/accomodation.
Financial Arrangements
Through a grant of the Mathematical
Physics Group of the Institute of Physics , there will be some support
for travel and accommodation, with priority given to speakers and research
students. There will be a nominal registration fee of ten pounds,
which will include lunch at Grey
College.
