North British Geometric Group Theory Seminar

    There will be a meeting of the North British Geometric Group Theory Seminar in Durham on October 18th. The details are as follows:

    12:40 We will meet for a lunch in The Court Inn. This is located on Court Lane (see the map ). We will head there from the department at 12:30.

    • 14:40-15:30 CM107 Alexandre Martin (Heriot-Watt University) On analogues of the curve complex for various groups

    • 15:40-16:30 CM107 Ulrike Tillmann (Oxford) Homotopical group theory

      • 16:30-17:00 common room Tea

    • 17:00-17:50 CM107 Corinna Ulcigrai (Bristol) Hall rays for Lagrange spectra of Fuchsian groups
