Here's an example LaTeX report - report.pdf
- helpful even if you don't use LaTeX!

- and here are its source files for you to edit . . .

LaTeX - report.tex chap1.tex / chap2.tex / chap3.tex / chap4.tex biblio.tex app1.tex / app2.tex / app3.tex / app4.tex / app5.tex graphics - pic1.jpg / pic2.jpg / pic3.jpg / pic4.jpg / pic5.jpg

download them all into the same directory
- right-click each link and "save link as..."

run pdfLaTeX on file report.tex at least twice to get report.pdf as above
- twice or more for correct cross-references and page numbering

top tip - work in an Integrated Development Environment
- see the section on IDEs on the LaTeX page
- in TeXnicCenter this example needs build to .pdf
