run pdfLaTeX on file poster.tex
to get poster.pdf as above
- it's A4 by default
Print poster.pdf at A2 size as explained in Sec 4.5 of the
ITS guide
- n.b. you must 'expand small pages to paper size'
or 'fit to printer margins'
